Abstract. This article examines the author's model for developing teachers' methodological competence within the corporate training system. The aim of the work is to substantiate this model for developing teachers' methodological competence within the corporate training system. The methodological basis of the study is a group of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization of scientific information, aimed at forming a holistic understanding of the problem under study. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a structural and functional model for developing teachers' methodological competence within the corporate training system. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the identification and substantiation of methodological approaches and principles applied to developing teachers' methodological competence within the corporate training system. This study complements the theoretical foundations for designing processes for developing teachers' methodological competence, taking into account modern requirements in the education system. The author emphasizes the practical significance of this model, aimed at testing the stages of organizing software and technological support. The article will be useful for the administrative staff of the educational institution, teachers, as well as for a wide range of readers interested in the development of teachers' methodological competence.
