Abstract
The article considers the objective need for the development of the individual pathway of the technical college students in the course of professional training, which systematical movement on ensures the increasing of students’ professional formation level. The construction of the individual pathway allows to keep a record of the skills of each student, inclinations and abilities, the degree of formation of their knowledge, motivation level. Considering the fact that nowadays the professional development of students as future specialists capable of effective acting in the process of professional training, who are able to assess critically the results of their own activities, to monitor the achievement of the goals set, individual pathway is a necessary condition ensuring the development of students independence, in the solution of the set professional-significant tasks, responsibility for the quality of the activities carried out and decisions taken in the process of its implementation. The development level of the student’s independence in carrying out various types of professional activity has a direct impact on the degree of the student’s skills formation to self-study, self-improvement, mobility and ability to quick adaptation under changing conditions. The quality of development of the individual pathway is achieved by interaction of a teacher and a student, who jointly develop the individual pathway of professional training of a student, carry out elimination of all possible difficulties arising in the process of a student’s progress to the planned result. Efficient interaction can be facilitated by the implementation of systemically organized activities in the form of pedagogical support. An important condition of pedagogical support is to motivate the student for further work activities, awareness of the need for high-quality professional training, having a direct impact on professional formation, required by a future specialist in manufacturing, continuously changing and rapidly developing sphere.
