Abstract. The subject of the article is the issue of the quality of teacher training for the inclusive system of the region. The authors present the experience of preparing future teachers to work in inclusive education in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. The potential of research activities for the development of inclusive competence among future teachers as a component of professional readiness is substantiated. The research work is considered both as a process of developing students' research potential and as a result of their research activities. The organizational and technological component of the educational environment of a pedagogical university is analyzed. The main outline of the study is the problem of qualification of teachers in the field of inclusive education. Statistics shows a continuous increase in the number of people with disabilities and special needs, while disorders in children's development are becoming more complex and diverse. In this situation, the problem of accessibility of education that can meet the special educational needs of students remains difficult. Currently, many regions are facing a shortage of teachers with inclusive learning skills, which creates serious obstacles to the further development of the inclusive education system. The subject of the article is the issue of the quality of teacher training for the inclusive system of the region. The analyzed experience of forming teachers' readiness to work in inclusive education leads the authors to the conclusion that a teacher is a key performer ensuring psychological safety in an educational environment, and being the one who must possess not only motivation, but also psychological and pedagogical skills and professional competence in order to effectively fulfill his duties in the field of education.
