Abstract. The article describes the relevance of studying the relationship in the pedagogical team, the contradictions of the interaction process and the results of studying the anxiety level, the style of behavior in conflicts and the features of emotional intelligence of teachers-educators of preschool educational organizations in Krasnodar city. The article reveals out the characteristic behavior features within a conflict situation among the teachers and the influence of the style of communication on the implementation of professional activity. The work presents the subject, object, purpose, objectives, methods, research results, explains the features of behavior when testing the emotional state of teachers in the implementation of pedagogical activity, focuses on the relationship inside the pedagogical team. The author analyzes the diagnostics results, which are used to develop recommendations for resolving conflicts and preventing deviations in relationships in kindergartens, taking into account all counterparts of educational relations – teachers, parents, and kindergarten staff. The results of the study can be applied as recommendations for conflict prevention, improvement of teachers' emotive working environment, arrangement of practical classes and seminars within advanced  training programs for kindergarten teachers on developing their conflict and sensitive sphere management skills. The study proposes various forms of organizing activities with kindergarten teachers to create a safe space for communication in a preschool educational organization through the development and implementation of creative projects, organizing regular meetings with colleagues to discuss problems, teaching stress management skills, and improving communication with the administration.
